Rental Notes:

• Welcome hamper on arrival including milk, bread, cereal, wine, biscuits, fruit, cheese, butter and juice.
• Minimum rental during July/August if for 7 nights, Fri/Fri.
• Minimum Christmas rental is 7 nights.
• 5 days minimum at New Year and Easter.
• Short breaks available (min 3 nights) at all other times.
• Mid-week, off season discounts. Please ask for details.
• Christmas/New Year barn will be fully decorated.
• Rental includes bedlinen, towels, toiletries.
• For two week lets, bedlinen and towels will be changed and a service clean provided
• Deposit of 30% payable on booking. Balance to be paid 8 weeks before start of let.
• Sorry no pets.
